How this works
Properties are shared privately with registered buyers by email. Nothing is published on this website: there is no deals page, no gallery and no map, and there is not going to be one.
When we send you a property, we typically hold a contractual interest in it — usually a purchase agreement with the owner — rather than owning it outright. What we are offering you in that case is the opportunity to take an assignment of that contract, for a fee, not a listing by a broker.
We are not a licensed real estate broker or agent and we do not represent you. You are responsible for your own due diligence on any property, including condition, title, occupancy and value.
Before you register
Registering does not entitle you to anything and does not create any obligation on either side. We may send you nothing for weeks. Give us an accurate buy box rather than a wide one, and you will get fewer and better emails.
