People contact us at difficult moments, sometimes using a screen reader, a magnifier, or a keyboard rather than a mouse. This website is built to work that way.
What we aim for
This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means: text and background colours meet contrast requirements, every form control has a visible label, keyboard focus is always visible, the site can be operated without a mouse, and body text is set at a size that stays readable on a phone.
We do not use countdown timers, automatic carousels, or content that moves on its own.
Where we may fall short
